中杓鹬（英文名：Eurasian Whimbrel，学名：Numenius phaeopus），是鸻形目丘鹬科杓鹬属的鸟类。体长 43-46 厘米，具黑色顶纹，嘴长而下弯。栖息于沼泽、浅滩、湿草原等处。以环节动物、甲壳类、小鱼、昆虫等为食。营巢于地面凹坑。分布于内蒙古、东北、天津、西藏、华东、四川、华南。IOC 10.1: 英文名改为 Eurasian Whimbrel，phaeopus 独立成种。详见 IOC 备注。
繁殖区： PAL : patchily in subarctic tundra of Palearctic: ne Greenland and n Scotland through subarctic Russia to Chukotskiy Pen. (ne Russia)
非繁殖区： widespread on temperate to tropical Palearctic coasts: s British Is., Madeira to Cape Verde (Macaronesia, nw of n Africa), w Mediterranean, Africa, Indian Ocean and associated gulfs, bays and islands, Australasia to North and n South is. (New Zealand) and Melanesia, n to Ryukyu Is. (=Nansei Shoto, s Japan) and e to Micronesia; rare farther e in Polynesia
